Erin Henry has worked in Human Resources for over 30 years. The first decade primarily she worked as a Human Resources Manager for Information Technology companies. The second decade, she worked in the Information Technology staffing industry.
Beginning in 2010, Erin became an Independent Consultant bringing her expertise and passion together in both Information Technology staffing/recruitment and Human Resources consulting.
In 2012, just two years after launching, ITsHRc, LLC clients began to ask about staffing/recruitment services for other than technology-related positions. In order to meet the demands of the clients, ITsHRc became a full-service professional recruiting company providing organizations with people who have a variety of skills including manufacturing, engineering, accounting, administrative and more.
In addition to executive recruiting, for nearly 10 years Erin and her team have been supporting a variety of organizations, primarily in the Dayton area, from a Business Consulting perspective focusing on Human Resources initiatives.
Erin holds a Master’s degree in General Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Central Michigan University. Her Bachelor’s degree is from Capital University and is in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She is duel certified holding both SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) & PHR (Professional Human Resources) through the Society of Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Certification Institute respectfully. Erin has an Inactive Top-Secret Clearance. In 2013, Erin was recognized as a Top 25 Woman to Watch by the Better Business Bureau’s Women in Business Networking program. Erin is passionate about her community and assisting businesses with their people strategy.
